| | I've been a lazy runner and blogger lately. I only ran a few times last week, but didn't log them and now I can't remember what I did. I was having weird hip pain. It seemed like one leg was suddenly longer than the other. It felt like my hip was catching and even walking I had a slight hitch to my stride. So I decided to take some days off. It appears to have worked because I felt good tonight. |

| | Another run that felt pretty good. Hope this streak continues! I need to survive the Mid Mountain Marathon this weekend in order to get my TTC jacket. My abs are so sore from the TRX planks and mountain climbers I did yesterday. |

| | Run/hike to Desolation and Dog lakes. 9 total miles, but probably only about 5 actually running. Gorgeous morning and the fall colors were incredible. My running mojo is coming back! My running train derailed for about a month, but it's time to get back on track. I've decided not to run St. George since I've not done the necessary training. I have 10 weeks until the North Face 50k. I plan to follow a similar build as I did for Ogden, but with my long runs on trails. |
