Perfect day for a race.  I wasn't sure what I could do because I haven't run much since the Surf City Marathon 2 weeks ago.  Pleasantly surprised to run under 50 minutes.  Splits were 7:53, 8:02, 8:03, 8:03, 7:59, 7:49, 7:26 pace for the last .2.  I don't think I've run this fast on a non-aided course since 2009.
