| | Shoreline trail with Nate, Vanessa, and Kris. What a difference a week makes. Last week I had to walk several times going up Dry Creek. Today I was able to run it. Trails are in great shape and it was a gorgeous morning.

| | At Liberty Park. Warmup + 11 x 1 minute pickups with 2 minutes recovery +cool down. Planned to do 12 but had an equipment malfunction and missed one. No garmin so no idea of pace for the pickups, but they felt hard.

| | Great run with Vanessa, Kris, and Jodi. Ran down Emigration Canyon for 7.5+ miles before cooling down on Wasatch to hit 10. This is the best I have ever run down this canyon. Maybe there is hope for me on downhills yet.

Buffalo Run 25k (16.6 Miles) 02:43:33 | | Beautiful, but windy day on the island. Ran a 5 minute course PR so I'm happy. I could really feel the lack of long runs in the last 4 miles.

| | My legs have been hurting since Wednesday so I took a few days off. It probably wasn't a good idea to run/walk 17 miles on trails in Zion today but I did. Weather was amazing and the trails were beautiful, but I am hurting. My feet weren't prepared for that and they just ache.
